This May, DIGI-TEXX was beyond thrilled to welcome lecturers and MBA Program students from the University of Louisville to visit our headquarters.
After a warm greeting, we gave a brief introduction about DIGI-TEXX, providing the group with an overview of our business and the wide spectrum of BPO and digital services we have offered over the previous 21 years.
As an international BPO and digital service provider, DIGI-TEXX hopes to provide MBA program students with practical perspectives and business experience beyond theoretical concepts through the visit.
Discovering The BPO Industry At DIGI-TEXX
The students and faculty members followed our host’s instructions to begin the office tour in order to obtain practical insights into the workings of a BPO and digital service provider.
The group was able to see our workplace and culture throughout the visit, which helped them gain insight into the factors that contributed to DIGI-TEXX’s success.
The students and faculty gained firsthand insights into the intricacies of the BPO and Digital services that DIGI-TEXX offers. During the visit, they were impressed with our staff’s expertise and linguistic abilities in handling multilingual business support services for international clients.
Furthermore, we showcased an overview of our data operation center to highlight DIGI-TEXX’s dedication to client confidentiality and data security, which are focal points in the digital world.
During the last session, a discussion was held between DIGI-TEXX and the group in order to answer every query and give insightful information about the services that DIGI-TEXX provides, as well as the BPO and digital transformation services.
